Early Childhood Education Director

FBBC&TS is seeking to employ a qualified individual for a full-time faculty position to be the Early Childhood Education Director at Faith Baptist Bible College. This faculty member will report to Dr. Mark Stupka, Teacher Education Program Chair, and Dr. Ken Rathbun, Vice President for Academics, Dean of the College. Applications are accepted until the position is filled.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create and develop the Early Childhood Education Program to its highest potential.
  • Recruit high caliber, mission-fit students for the program.
  • Construct and develop classes to match the program learning outcomes.
  • Teach the Early Childhood Education classes at FBBC.
  • Direct the Early Childhood Education program at FBBC.
  • Mentor students in the program.
  • Meet assessment outcomes established by the academic dean.

 

Additional Expectations
  • Participate on academic committees.
  • Attend required faculty events.
  • Participate in all program director responsibilities.
  • Participate in contractually related obligations.
  • Comply with the faculty handbook.
