“Team Tyler” Begins Midwest Tour as Traveling Reps

September 23, 2022
The second of Faith Baptist Bible College’s traveling representative teams, “Team Tyler,” began their road warrior duties on September 8, 2022.
Tyler Carson (’20) and Tyler Whitcher will spend the next eight months meeting with schools and churches across the Midwest and other parts of the United States.
Tyler Carson was a national champion in hurdles for the Faith Eagles during his years as a student-athlete at Faith. Tyler Whitcher finished his freshman year at Faith last spring and is praying about God’s direction as he considers a career in engineering. Both view their upcoming travels as a unique way to serve the Lord and to share the good news about the gospel and what makes Faith a great school for prospective students.
“This is a once in a life opportunity to travel, meet new ministries, encourage other pastors, and see how churches run,” said Carson.
Tyler Whitcher is excited to share how Faith has impacted his life and how the culture of discipleship isn’t something that’s just talked about, but is really practiced in everyday campus life.
Team Tyler will spend a good chunk of time in Christian schools building relationships with teens and administrators. They are placing an emphasis on serving and simply “talking about life” with high school students.
Next semester, Team Tyler will stretch its boundaries from the Midwest to Tennessee and New England. If you would like to schedule Team Tyler to visit your school or church, contact admissions@faith.edu.
