Faith Kicks Off Fundraising Campaign for Scholarships and Sidewalks

We are excited to kick off our second annual Ten Weeks of Victory campaign with a theme that is familiar to most, if not all, of our alumni and friends:

With the Word to the World.

The motto became famous in the 1960s when a committee was tasked with the challenge of developing a school motto by Dr. John L. Patten while the college was still in Omaha. Stay tuned for “the rest of the story” as we go throughout the next ten weeks of our campaign, and be sure to check out the video message from Dr. Jim Tillotson above.

Faith Baptist Bible College has seen many changes over the years. From its humble beginnings in Omaha to its transformation from a cornfield in Ankeny, Iowa, to what we have today, one thing has remained the same: the school’s commitment to training men and women to take The Word to the World.

Each dollar that we raise in the next ten weeks will go toward scholarships that help send more workers to the mission field, and toward much-needed sidewalk repairs on campus. We are thankful for a $50,000 matching gift and a $60,000 matching gift that will help jumpstart this campaign.
