ANKENY, Iowa—Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary is excited to announce Dr. Les Ollila as Campus Chaplain at Faith for the 2019-20 school year.

Dr. O, as he is affectionately known, and his wife, Charlene, will live on-campus part-time, serving as a consistent presence and support for the student body at Faith. When he is not on the road with other speaking engagements, Dr. O will be a regular chapel speaker and will assist with other speaking and ministry opportunities between departments at Faith. His on-campus presence with the students in the hallways, dining hall, and coffee shop will be a huge advantage.

A graduate of Bob Jones University, Dr. Ollila served as the youth pastor at Calvary Baptist Church in Roseville, Michigan, and as a staff evangelist for Life Action Ministries. He was president of Northland Baptist Bible College from 1984 to 2002 and led the school to an enrollment of more than 800+ students. He currently has an itinerant ministry to pastors and churches.

Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary has a high commitment to the discipleship of its students and to its ongoing mission of preparing vocational Christian workers and ministry leaders for local churches throughout the world. Dr. Ollila and his wife Charlene’s decades of ministry experience will be an invaluable part of fulfilling this mission and the culture of discipleship at Faith.
