Built with practical application in mind, this graduate degree equips you to lead, teach, and serve with confidence. The program prepares leaders for roles such as school administrators, principals, curriculum directors, and lead teachers in both Christian and public schools. You’ll learn from experienced educators who share your biblical worldview.

Accredited Graduate Program

Faith is approved by the Iowa Department of Education, which means that those in the Educational Leadership Track who complete additional clinical experience will qualify for an Initial Iowa Principal’s License. The program is also accredited with the Higher Learning Commission.

Program Features

The Master of Education program is entirely online, offering flexibility to complete the work according to your schedule throughout the week. Classes are delivered in an asynchronous format, meaning you don’t have set class meeting times. The program is built for those who want to advance without stepping away from their calling. Students have the ability to take up to 15 credit hours per year.
