Alumni Coordinator

The Alumni Coordinator serves as part of the Admissions Department in their mission to recruit and retain mission fit students to Faith. The Coordinator provides administrative support to the Alumni Director, while keeping alumni informed, and engaged with what God is doing on campus and around the world in the lives of the Faith family.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate a passion for Faith Baptist Bible College and a heart for working with college students.
  • Support the Alumni Director with scheduling and organization of Alumni Tasks.
  • Update Faith’s database of alumni records.
  • Coordinate contacts for the Faith Career Center.
  • Maintain the alumni office email and phone inquiries.
  • Coordinate content for monthly Alumni newsletter, emails and website.
  • Collaborate with the Admissions Events Coordinator for alumni events.
  • General support for the Admissions department.
