Check out our new Applied Trades Program! Begins Fall 2026, and space is limited!

Since 2010, Faith Baptist Bible College has partnered with Reasons for Hope. Carl Kerby, the founder of Reasons for Hope, and his team have become great friends of the school and are familiar faces on campus.

Reasons for Hope is theologically sound and firmly committed to the authority of Scripture. They desire to equip believers to give clear, confident answers for the hope they have in Christ.

Faith’s relationship with rforh has grown over the years, and the ministry now teaches several apologetics courses for Faith.

Whether preparing for ministry or serving faithfully in the world, believers are to “be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear” (1 Peter 3:15).

If you have never explored the resources that Reasons for Hope makes available, now is the time! They have a large online presence, and their free mobile app is perhaps one of their most valuable resources for Christians.

Sometimes, apologetics can feel intimidating! But rforh specializes in taking difficult topics and breaking them down in ways that are understandable, practical, and rooted in the Word of God.

Their approach is not argumentative or combative; it is bold, gracious, and gospel-centered.

All of the teachers at rforh are also extremely relational; there is no such thing as a “boring” or “dry” session when they’re speaking. Carl Kerby even prefers to communicate with young people.

Students and families encounter competing worldviews daily. Questions about origins, truth, morality, and biblical authority are happening in classrooms, workplaces, and around dinner tables.

Reasons for Hope addresses these issues head-on, helping believers think biblically and respond with clarity, confidence, and grace.

In addition to the resources available on Reasons for Hope’s website (and in the app), Faith offers three courses in partnership with rforh: Apologetics and Evangelism, Creation Apologetics, and Cultural Apologetics.

Each 3-credit course combines doctrine with practical training, equipping students both to understand apologetics and to live it.

We would encourage you to check out these opportunities not only for your students but also for yourself!

In a world that desperately needs hope, being grounded in the Word and prepared to share it is not optional—it is essential.

Reasons for Hope is a valued partner in that mission, and we hope you take advantage of their offerings!
