FBBC&TS is seeking to employ a qualified individual for a full-time faculty position to teach Pastoral
Studies courses at Faith Baptist Bible College.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversees the Pastoral Studies Program and serves as the Chair of the program.
  • Develops and teaches core courses for the Pastoral Studies Program.
  • Serves as the academic advisor to Pastoral Studies majors.
  • Recruits high caliber, mission-fit students for the College and Seminary.
  • Participates on academic committees.
  • Attends required faculty events.
  • Participates in contractually related obligations.

  • Applicants must be Baptists in their beliefs and practice.
  • Applicants must adhere to Biblical standards of morality and living.
  • Applicants and/or their spouses must not be or ever have been divorced.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Applicants should have notable skill in pastoral leadership.
  • Applicants should have significant knowledge, skills, and abilities in administrating pastoral church ministry.
  • Applicants should demonstrate proficient communication and teaching ability.
  • Applicants should demonstrate strong collegiality toward coworkers.

Academic Qualifications

  • Applicant should possess at least an accredited master’s degree in the related field. A DMin or Ph.D, preferred.
  • Applicants should have skill and experience teaching college-level classes.

    (single-spaced) and submit it to hr@faith.edu
  • Complete the Predictive Index Assessment.
