FBBC&TS is seeking to employ a qualified individual for a full-time faculty position to teach Pastoral
Studies courses at Faith Baptist Bible College.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Oversees the Pastoral Studies Program and serves as the Chair of the program.
Develops and teaches core courses for the Pastoral Studies Program.
Serves as the academic advisor to Pastoral Studies majors.
Recruits high caliber, mission-fit students for the College and Seminary.
Participates on academic committees.
Attends required faculty events.
Participates in contractually related obligations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Applicants should have notable skill in pastoral leadership.
Applicants should have significant knowledge, skills, and abilities in administrating pastoral church ministry.
Applicants should demonstrate proficient communication and teaching ability.
Applicants should demonstrate strong collegiality toward coworkers.

Academic Qualifications

Applicant should possess at least an accredited master’s degree in the related field. A DMin or Ph.D, preferred.
Applicants should have skill and experience teaching college-level classes.
