Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Answer and transfer phone calls to employees in a pleasant and professional manner
Welcome guests and direct them to the right person or office ensuring that people get the help they need
Screen and prioritize external people or groups wanting to meet with faculty, staff, or administration
Process purchase orders and distribute financial information
Purchasing and maintaining office supplies and assist in maintaining copiers/printers
Administer room reservations and rentals, fleet vehicle schedules, and campus building calendars
Manage access control of doors, maintain breakroom supplies, and sort/deliver mail for the Administration Building
Assist with various campus activities such as summer conferences, student orientation, and other events

Must be alert and responsive to callers, visitors, and those walking through the Administration Building
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet, and e-mail
Academic Qualifications
At least two years of education or experience in an office environment is preferred.
