Position Details
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop classes to match the Program Learning Outcomes.
- Teach assigned classes in accordance with our policies in the Faculty Handbook.
- Meet assessment outcomes outlined in the Faculty Handbook.
- Mentor and disciple students in the program.
- Recruit high caliber, mission-fit students for the College and Seminary.
- Participates on academic committees.
- Attends required faculty events.
- Participates in contractually related obligations.
- Complies with the academic performance expectations in the Faculty Handbook.

- Applicants should have notable teaching ability.
- Applicants should possess effective communication and organizational skills.
- Applicants should demonstrate strong collegiality toward coworkers.
- Applicants should engage well with high school students for recruiting purposes.
Academic Qualifications
- Applicants should possess at least an accredited Master’s Degree in the related field.
- Applicants should have skill and experience teaching college-level classes.
- Applicants should have a strong foundation in Bible and Theology.
