Why I Love Faith

Auditor and Customer Service Rep, Class of 2018

Wendy Busenitz

The skills I learned in my office administration classes have been incredibly helpful in my current job.

The skills I learned in my office administration classes have been incredibly helpful in my current job. Also, I still have the truths that I learned through Bible classes and chapel that come to mind as I face different situations in life.

Middle School Bible Teacher (Ankeny Christian Academy), Class of 2012

Jay Nihart

My time at Faith prepared me to not merely add the Bible to my lessons, but to let the truths from God’s Word flow naturally in my classroom.

Faith prepared me to become a teacher in a Christian school in a variety of ways. I was privileged to be taught by professors who had a history of excellence in teaching and administering in Christian schools. Perhaps the biggest takeaway from my time at Faith was the biblical foundation that it placed in my life. My time at Faith prepared me to not merely add the Bible to my lessons, but to let the truths from God’s Word flow naturally in my classroom.

Harvest Baptist Church (Williamsburg, IA), Class of 2008

Pastor Jordan Sauser

God used the professors, their classes, my coaches, my friends, and so many other aspects of my experience here at Faith to mold and shape my character.

God worked in my life during my time here at Faith in a variety of ways. One that stands out to me the most is the growth I experienced in my spiritual maturity and character. In four years here at Faith, the person I was as I walked across the stage to receive my diploma was not the same as the immature freshman who arrived on campus four years earlier. I know that God used the professors, their classes, my coaches, my friends, and so many other aspects of my experience here at Faith to mold and shape my character and help me grow in my relationship with Him.
