Faith Baptist Bible College Announces New Organizational Leadership Degree

ANKENY, Iowa–Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary in Ankeny, Iowa, is pleased to announce a new, four-year degree in Organizational Leadership. The mission of Faith’s Organizational Leadership program is to equip students with knowledge and skills to work with, manage, and lead people. For nearly 100 years, Faith Baptist Bible College has produced servant-hearted leaders, with alumni in all 50 states and 30 countries.
While a traditional business degree focuses almost entirely on hard skills, this 21st-century program will not only cover those areas, but stress the importance of soft skills like leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving, strategic planning, team building, communication skills, and project management.
Students who graduate with this degree from Faith Baptist Bible College will have 42 credits of Bible as a foundation of their degree. Coursework related to the Organizational Leadership degree will include but is not limited to: Fundamentals of Business Management, Leadership and Ethics, Organizational Behavior, and Strategic Leadership.
Graduates from this program will be well-equipped for careers in management, church leadership, camp ministry, operational management, and human resources.
