Faith Welcomes Ellen Long as Academic Executive Administrative Assistant

Faith Baptist Bible College is pleased to welcome Mrs. Ellen Long as Academic Executive Administrative Assistant. Mrs. Long is currently training with Mrs. Melody Mains, who will be retiring at the conclusion of the 2019-20 school year.

Ellen is a 1994 graduate of Faith Baptist Bible College and finished her bachelor’s degree at Iowa State University in Management Information Systems. Her first job was with the United States Department of Agriculture-Natural Resources Conservation Service as a human resources assistant. She has also worked as a loan technician, and for the last 12 years as a data entry specialist with Cass Information Systems.

In her new role at Faith, some of her duties will include the supervision of faculty office assistants, assisting with accreditation, and assisting with campus assessment.

Mrs. Long enjoys being a spectator at sporting events for her two children, Jared (currently a student at Faith), and Mercedez (a junior in high school). She also enjoys reading historical fiction and supporting her husband, Ryan, who is the track and cross country coach at Faith.
