Faith Baptist Bible College is pleased to announce Mr. Jeff Hilla as the new chair of Organizational Leadership. Hilla will take the reins from Mr. Jared Baldwin, who announced his resignation this spring.

Mr. Hilla has a strong background in business with 27 years of experience in sales, management, marketing, project management, and leadership in the fire, safety, and security industry. Hilla began his career as an operations manager for Life Safety and Communications Systems, Inc., in Piedmont, South Carolina, where he managed a team of approximately 30 people and cultivated customer relationships to grow sales. From there, he moved to Burnsville, Minnesota, where he joined the Robert Bosch Group as the technical and training manager for North America. Most recently, Hilla worked for the Egan Company in Champlin, Minnesota, as a senior designer and cost estimator.

Hilla earned his Bachelor of Religious Education degree from Midwestern Baptist College in Pontiac, Michigan, his Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Bob Jones University, and is working on his doctorate from Liberty University.

Jeff and his wife, RaeAnn, have been married for 35 years and have two children (Matthew and Michael), who reside in Minnesota. Jeff enjoys golf, skiing, and walks with the family dog, Bella. The Hillas are excited for their next phase of life and ministry together.

“The Lord has burdened me with the desire to influence and train the next generations of leaders,” said Hilla. “The past 27 years of working in the secular business world have provided valuable experience, which can be used with my business degrees to train future leaders. I look forward to joining the Faith family and investing in developing the next group of Christian leaders that will influence churches and businesses.”

Mr. Hilla officially begins his duties at Faith Baptist Bible College on July 1, 2022.
