Our on-campus housing features separate buildings for men and women with spacious rooms for both.
On-campus housing provides the best opportunity for students to focus on studies, develop community, and grow deeper in their relationships with Christ.
Our traditional resident halls feature two spacious rooms adjoined by a full private bathroom with a double vanity.
Each room houses two students and is equipped with desks, beds, and dressers that can be stacked and rearranged. There is also a large walk-in closet space, and every two rooms have a shared bathroom.
Each floor has two resident advisors to help mentor and connect with students.
Our newest resident hall for the ladies is a cross between our traditional residence halls and our apartments. Each suite is composed of two spacious rooms, two bathrooms, and a private washer and dryer.
Just like Tayler and Brong, Hartog rooms are equipped with desks, beds, and dressers that can be stacked and rearranged.
Hartog Hall houses 30 female students and has two resident advisors.
Apartment housing is available for some students. Each apartment has two bedrooms and features a kitchen, a living area, and a private bathroom. Like the residence halls, each apartment is equipped with desks, beds, and dressers that can be stacked and rearranged. All utilities are included, and the kitchen appliances are furnished.
Single students must live on campus. Students who meet one of the following criteria may submit a request to live off-campus:

Faith Dining Services is committed to providing options for students with dietary restrictions. We offer a range of gluten-friendly items, such as bread, muffins, buns, bagels, cookies, and more, often available upon request.
Additionally, special gluten-free pizza can be arranged with some advance notice. While our facility is not allergen-free, we are allergen-aware: designated menu labels and trained staff help guests identify potential allergens and make safe meal choices.
Students with dietary restrictions, food allergies, and other medical conditions that affect their ability to eat a safe, reasonably healthy diet in our dining facilities may request to be exempt from the board plan. You may email the nurse to discuss if you qualify to be exempt at nihartk@faith.edu or stop by her office in Health Services (Nettleton Building).
On-campus counseling and student care are provided through the Student Life Department.
Additional on-campus support is available through the Title IX Office and the on-campus nurse.
Students may access confidential off-campus counseling resources listed on the Title IX page: https://faith.edu/title-ix/
If you need help or have questions, contact Student Life at sld@faith.edu.
Your health and overall well-being are a top priority at Faith. We provide on-campus wellness support through our full-time registered nurse, and our recently renovated fitness center is available to all students.
Our on-staff nurse is here to help you get the care you need, answer health-related questions, and assist with illness excuses when appropriate. Whether you’re feeling unwell, have a minor injury, or just need guidance on next steps for your health, the nurse can offer support and connect you with additional resources if needed.
Faith’s state-of-the-art fitness center features a full range of equipment, including exercise bikes, treadmills, tension bands, medicine balls, bumper plate weights, and more—providing a welcoming space to support your physical health and wellness.
Located in Ankeny—one of the safest communities in the nation—our campus is supported by routine safety patrols, over 100 security cameras, an emergency notification system, up-to-date fire alarms and sprinkler systems, and keycard building entry.
Residence halls are locked 24/7, and each student’s room has its own individual lock. All on-campus staff also receive annual training on how to respond to active shooters.
Our dedicated security team ensures campus safety through regular compliance checks, patrols, and support services.
The Title IX office oversees Faith’s response to reports of sex-based discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct, ensuring a fair, prompt, and impartial process for all parties involved. It coordinates prevention and training efforts, connects students with support resources, and helps maintain an educational environment free from unlawful sex discrimination in alignment with federal regulations and institutional policies.

My favorite part of being at Faith is all of the great friends I have made here, and that I’m surrounded by people who genuinely care about me and want to see me grow.
