Chamber Choir Performs National Anthem at Iowa Wild Hockey Game

DES MOINES, Iowa—The Faith Baptist Bible College (FBBC) Chamber Choir had the unique privilege of singing the National Anthem prior to the Iowa Wild hockey game on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Wells Fargo Arena. According to Iowa Wild personnel, the game was one of the highest attended of the season, with over 7,700 fans in the seats.

The FBBC Chamber Choir consists of 25 students. Dr. Chris Ellis, Director of Choral Activities and Music Department Chair at Faith, is passionate about ministry opportunities and getting the group more involved in community events in the future. He hopes Saturday’s performance was just the beginning of the choir’s outreach to the Des Moines area, and beyond.
