Important Volleyball and Homecoming Updates

We are excited about the renovations to the Nettleton Center gymnasium and thankful for the progress that has been made over the summer. We cannot wait to reveal the upgrades from floor to ceiling! Like many renovation projects, we have experienced a few delays, which means there will be some alterations to the volleyball and Homecoming schedules. We anticipate completion of the entire project around September 23.

Volleyball

Faith’s home volleyball games will be played at Ankeny Christian Academy at 1604 West First Street in Ankeny until the gymnasium renovations are finished. Check the fbbceagles.com website for regular updates on game locations.

Homecoming

We are excited about our Homecoming festivities and we are anxious to see you on campus on September 13-14! Here are a few changes to the schedule and locations:

              Friday

• Faithful Servant Awards Chapel: This event has been moved to Ankeny Baptist Church at 2842 SW Third St Place. The date and time will remain the same.
• The women’s volleyball game on Friday has been canceled.
• The Nettleton Gymnasium Floor Dedication has been postponed.
• The alumni volleyball game will still be played, but the time has been changed to 7:00 p.m. and the location has moved to Ankeny Christian Academy.
• The S’mores and Movie Under the Stars time has been changed to 8:30 p.m.

Saturday

• The alumni soccer games will be played at 10:00 a.m. instead of 9:00 a.m.
• The women’s volleyball game time has been changed to 12:00 p.m. at Ankeny Christian Academy.
• The men’s soccer game time has been changed to 2:00 p.m.
• The women’s soccer game time is now 4:00 p.m.
• The Half-time Regatta boat display time is now 4:45 p.m.
• The Homecoming Parade is now at 6:15 p.m.
• The Picnic at the Park has been changed to 6:30 p.m.
• The Ya Gotta Regatta Boat Race will remain at 6:30 p.m.
