Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary is excited to welcome Jeff Bunjer as Associate Registrar and Dean of Institutional Effectiveness. Jeff graduated from Faith Baptist Bible College in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts, and in 1981 with a Th.B.  After graduation, he did an internship at Calvary Baptist Church in Belmond, Iowa, for about a year and a half, before moving to Kansas City where he and his wife, Alice, were married.

Seven months after getting married, they left for Germany through Baptist Mid-Missions as short-term missionaries to take the place of a missionary who needed to come home on furlough.  When they returned to the United States in 1985, they joined BMM full time and went on deputation to raise support.

In March of 1988, they left for their first full term of service in Germany and were missionaries there until the summer of 2001 when they moved back to Kansas City to be on the staff of their sending church, Olivet Baptist Church.

Jeff was originally the youth pastor of the church and the administrator of their school, Shawnee Mission Christian School.   Over 17 years, his roles included various positions as music pastor, school administrator, high school math teacher, physics and choir teacher, and some other subjects on occasion.

This summer God led both Jeff and Alice to join the staff at Faith Baptist Bible College. Jeff began his new role shortly before the start of the school year.

“I’m excited to be at Faith to help my Alma Mater continue to go forward in its task of preparing men and women for ministry and to interact with the students personally to help them grow and become all God wants them to be,” said Jeff.
