Timothy Pratt Joins Facilities Team at Faith

Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary is pleased to announce the addition of Timothy Pratt as Assistant Maintenance Director. Timothy will work under the lead of Mr. Curt Fincham as an essential part of the facilities team while the volume of campus improvement projects and the care of campus buildings continues to grow at Faith.

Pratt received his Associate of Arts in Missions from Northland Baptist Bible College in 2008 and has received numerous certifications in his field of expertise over the last nine years. He and his wife, Sara, also a Northland graduate, have three boys: Silas (10), Noah (8), and Malakai (5). Timothy served at Harvest Ministries in Guam for 14 years, the last six as Facilities Director. He brings a wide variety of project management, maintenance, security, and operations skills with him to Faith.

The Pratts enjoy hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, and swimming and are excited to return to the United States. While Timothy was born in Michigan, and both he and Sara are well-accustomed to winters in the Midwest, all three of their children were born in Guam, so the weather may take some adjustment—maybe more than they realize, according to Tim.

“I am looking forward to joining the Faith family and the opportunities for innovation ahead,” said Timothy. “I look forward to learning from Curt Fincham and expanding my knowledge as well as being challenged by new tasks. My kids are most excited for the opportunity to experience snow, but I don’t think they really know what they are getting themselves into.”
