The process for applying for and receiving financial aid can be daunting. At Faith, we’ve tried to make the process as simple as possible. Use this checklist to keep track of important milestones in apply for financial aid.
Process for Applying for Financial Aid
Complete College Application
The first step to receiving financial aid is to apply to Faith Baptist Bible College. Use our online form or apply during a college visit.
Complete FAFSA
A crucial component of apply for financial is to fill out your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This form is used to determine your state and federal grant eligibility, as well as your federal loan eligibility.
For students in Iowa, the deadline for filling out your FAFSA is July 1. Be sure to enter school code 007121 in step 6 to have your information sent directly to Faith.
Complete Scholarship Interview
Much of our new-student aid is awarded through our fall and spring Scholarship Weekends each November and April. During this weekend, you can tour our campus and interview for thousands of dollars in institutional scholarships.
Submit ACT/SAT Scores
To help us more accurately award scholarships and financial aid, you can opt to submit your ACT or SAT scores. You can submit your scores directly to the Admissions Office.
