Missions Trips
Global Reach Encounter exists to inform and involve students in missions at home and abroad so as to inspire a vision for a global gospel impact. We will pursue partnership with ministries that are local church centered, that display clear evidence of spiritual maturity, and that are consistent with our statement of faith.
Objectives
- To broaden our students’ missionary perspective through observation of and participation in a variety of outreach ministries, thus providing opportunity to apply that which they have learned. (John 4:35; James 1:22)
- To encourage a lifelong burden to fulfill the Great Commission, to gain insight into their personal missions involvement, and to explore the possibility of future missionary service. (Matthew 9:36-38; Matthew 28:18-20)
- To strengthen the local church around the world by encouraging the host missionaries and those they serve. (Hebrews 3:13; I Thess. 5:11).
