World Missions (Two-Year)
Be Prepared to Serve – Wherever the Lord Takes You
This program provides a core of Bible and missions classes for the person who wants to use other professional skills, such as church building and technology, to serve on a mission field or for a spouse of a person preparing for a career of missionary service. As a World Missions major, you will be trained in evangelism and discipleship. We encourage all students pursuing this degree to spend time serving in other parts of the world. Students have ministered in Japan, South Africa, China, Guam, and all over Europe!

Program Objectives
Each student will:
- Evidence an ability to apply a knowledge of Bible, theology, and communication skills
- Understand the historical and contemporary spread of the gospel through missionary activity
- Recognize cultural variations and understand how to adjust to life within these cultures
- Know and understand the various religions of the world
- Evidence a heartfelt concern for the lost and a willingness to respond to God’s direction for missionary service
